NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTONS BY DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4 R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

1. The Informa plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Plan")

On 7 March 2012, Informa plc (the "Company") granted options over ordinary shares of 0.1p ("shares") in the Company under the Plan to the Company's Executive Directors as follows:

Adam Walker	16,222

These shares were purchased on 8 March 2012 by the Informa Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") in respect of a bonus awarded to each of the above Directors of 13.6% of basic salary under the terms of their bonus arrangements for the 2011 financial year at a price of 431.762p. These shares will be held by the EBT. The shares under option will become exercisable by, and transferable to, the above Directors on the third anniversary following the date of grant (7 March 2015) subject to the Plan rules.

2. The Informa 2009 Management Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")

The Company has on 6 March 2012 granted a conditional award of shares under the LTIP to the Company's Executive Directors, as follows:

The shares subject to the awards shall be capable of vesting following the end of the performance period on 31 December 2014 to the extent that the relevant performance conditions are satisfied and subject to the LTIP rules.
