Informa PLC ("the Company") has been notified that on 20 January 2020, Stephen A. Carter, Group Chief Executive, and Gareth Wright, Group Finance Director, acquired ordinary shares in the Company through their participation in the Company's ShareMatch plan ("the Plan"):
