In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R(2) of the Listing Rules, Informa plc announces the following changes in the other directorships of two of the Company's Non-Executive Directors:

i)	Card Factory plc, a greetings card retailer of which Geoffrey Cooper is Non-Executive Chairman, was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market today; and,
ii)	Scynexis Inc., a chemistry-focused drug discovery and development company based in the US of which Dr Pamela Kirby is Chairman, commenced trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on 2 May 2014.
