Change in Directors' Roles

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.11R(3) and (4) of the Listing Rules, Informa plc announces that Stephen A. Carter, Non-Executive Director, is stepping down as a member of the Audit Committee on 1 August 2013.

Informa plc also announces that Cindy Rose, Non-Executive Director, will become a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 August 2013.

There is no change in the information previously provided for both Stephen A. Carter and Cindy Rose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
