Informa PLC ("the Company") - Directorate Change

Further to the Company's announcement on 10 December 2013 (ch.78.907) and in accordance with LR9.6.11R(2), the Company announces that, having served for nine years on the board, Non-Executive and Senior Independent Director Dr Pamela Kirby, did not stand for re-election at today's AGM and therefore today is the last day of her term.

The Company confirms that Dr Pamela Kirby will receive her annual Non-Executive Director's fee of Â£61,214 and Senior Independent Director fee of Â£9,866 per annum, on a pro-rata basis up until 23 May 2014. No other remuneration payment or payment for loss of office will be made.

In accordance with LR9.6.11(3), the Company further announces that with immediate effect: Gareth Bullock will be appointed as Senior Independent Director to take over from Dr Pamela Kirby; and, both Gareth Bullock and Cindy Rose are appointed as members of the Nomination Committee.
