The Company announces that, in keeping with Corporate Governance best practice, Chief Executive, Stephen Carter, stepped down as a member of the Nomination Committee, with effect from 27^th February 2018. The Committee will now comprise of only Non-Executive Directors.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
