Informa Group plc - Annual General Meeting 22 May 2003: Resolutions

It is confirmed that all of the resolutions put to the shareholders of Informa
Group plc at the company's AGM held yesterday were duly passed by shareholders,
including the declaration of the final dividend of 4.94 pence per ordinary
share.


The dividend is payable on 28 May 2003 to ordinary shareholders on the register
at close of business on 25 April 2003.

In accordance with Paragraph 9.31(b) of the Listing Rules, a copy of the
resolution dealing with special business at the AGM has been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
