1999, Henderson Investors Limited, and its fellow subsidiaries including AMP
Asset Management Limited and funds advised by NPI Asset Management Limited
(acting as agents for its discretionary clients) hold (either directly or
indirectly) 18,474,615 ord 10p shares in Informa Group Plc which represent
15.86% of the issued share capital of 116,509,732.
