          Notice of Annual General Meeting and accompanying documents

Notices of the Annual General Meeting of T&F Informa, to be held on 14 July
2004, together with accompanying explanatory letters and forms of proxy have
today been posted to shareholders in T&F Informa.

Copies of all three documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority
and will be available shortly for inspection by the public at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at: Financial Services
