Informa plc ('the Company') announces that, at a hearing held on 19th December
2007, the High Court confirmed:
1. the cancellation of the Company's share premium account;
2. the reduction of the Company's share capital by reducing the nominal
value of each issued and authorised but unissued ordinary share in the
capital of the Company from 10 pence to 0.1 pence,
each as resolved upon by the Company's shareholders at the General Meeting held
on 27 November 2007.
The above reductions of the Company's share premium account and share capital
will become effective on 21 December 2007, following the filing of the Court
order with the Registrar of Companies.
