T&F Informa plc Rights Issue - approximately 95 per cent acceptance
T&F Informa plc, the international specialist information provider, announces
that by 11am on 22nd July 2005, the latest time and date for acceptance and
payment in full for New Ordinary Shares under the terms of the Rights Issue
announced on 1 June 2005, valid acceptances were received in respect of
114,332,387 New Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 95 per cent of the
New Ordinary Shares offered by way of rights at 265 pence per share.
Hoare Govett will therefore be seeking subscribers for the remaining 5,962,690
New Ordinary Shares.
