As at 31 March 2021, Informa PLC's issued share capital consisted of 1,503,112,804 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.  All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and there are no shares held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Informa PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR). 

This disclosure is given in accordance with DTR Rule 5.6.1.
