On 23 November 2007, Informa plc announced the proposed appointment of Adam
Walker as its new Finance Director. It is confirmed that Adam Walker takes up
his position on 28 March 2008.

It is further confirmed that there are no other matters relating to the
appointment of Adam Walker that need to be disclosed pursuant to the Listing
Rule 9.6.13.
