Infoserve Group plc (the "Company") (AIM:INFS), announces that on 12 August 2010 it received notification that, on the same date, David Hood, a non-executive director of the Company, gifted 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Andrew Thirkill, a non-executive director of the Company, for nil consideration.

Following this transaction, David Hood is now beneficially interested in 47,437,707 Ordinary Shares representing 80.30% of the issued share capital of the Company and Andrew Thirkill is now beneficially interested in 1,567,417 Ordinary Shares representing 2.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
