Infoserve Group plc ('Infoserve' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce the
appointment of David Balbi to the new position of Finance Director with effect
from 12 January 2007.



David Charles Balbi, aged 38, has considerable experience, both in the contact
centre environment and in the telecommunications industry.



During his seven years at Kingston Communications between 1999 and 2006, David
was Head of Finance at Kingston Communications Contact Centres Limited between
2000 and 2003, and Finance Director of two operating divisions within the
business-to-business telecoms business between 2003 and 2006.  Before joining
Kingston Communications he spent five years at Ventura, commencing as Finance
Manager of  the Ventura group before becoming Commercial Manager of the utility
division.



Within the last five years, David has also been a director of Daisy
Communications Limited.



There are no other disclosures required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules.
