Appointment of Sales Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Riley to the board of directors of the Company as Sales Director, effective from 1 July 2008.

Mark Andrew Riley, aged 49, has experience of working within newspaper distribution and direct marketing. He was previously the managing director of JP Letterbox Direct, a distribution company that delivered Johnston Press plc's free newspaper titles and other marketing initiatives. Mark was also managing director of Ackrill Media Group, a newspaper publishing company producing weekly free and paid for titles along with targeted niche publications and local web sites.

Commenting on the appointment of Mark Riley, Steve Barnes, Chief Executive said, 'We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Mark to the board of directors with specific responsibility for our sales operation. We look forward to benefitting from Mark's experience, particularly as we look to increase our sales productivity and develop the business solutions that we offer.'

In the past five years, Mark has not been a director of any companies. There are no further disclosures required under the AIM Rules for Companies.
