Grant of Options

Infoserve Group plc ("Infoserve" or the "Company") announces that on 22 June 2010 the Company granted the following options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') to directors of the Company:

The options have been granted at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable between three and ten years from the date of grant.

The interests of these directors in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company are as follows:

Mark Riley holds options over a further 150,000 Ordinary Shares, exercisable between 2011 and 2018 at an exercise price of 24.5p per share.  Andrew Thirkill holds options over a further 3,000 Ordinary Shares, exercisable between 2009 and 2016 at an exercise price of 25p per share and options over a further 120,000 Ordinary Shares, exercisable between 2011 and 2018 at an exercise price of 28.5p per share.
