Issue of options
The Company announces that on 3 March 2008 the Company granted options over
150,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to James Newman, a director and chairman of
the Company and 120,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to Andrew Thirkill, also a
director of the Company (together the 'Options').
The Options can be exercised at a price of 28.5p per ordinary share and can be
exercised at any time between three and ten years from the date of grant.
James Newman holds 55,267 ordinary shares and a further 9,000 options over
ordinary shares in the Company which were granted to him on 24 May 2006, these
can be exercised at any time between three and ten years from date of grant at a
price of 25p per ordinary share.
Andrew Thirkill holds 67,417 ordinary shares and a further 3,000 options over
ordinary shares in the Company which were granted to him on 24 May 2006, these
can be exercised at any time between three and ten years from date of grant, at
a price of 25p per ordinary share.
