Issue of options
Infoserve Group plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 15 February 2007, the
Company granted options to David Balbi, Finance Director, in respect of 120,000
ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') under the Company's EMI option
scheme. David Balbi is not interested in any other Ordinary Shares or options
issued by the Company. The options have been granted at an exercise price of
30p per share and are exercisable between three and ten years from the date of
grant.
