Issue of Share Options

The Company has today granted share options to Mark Riley, the Sales Director, in respect of 150,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') under the Company's EMI option scheme. The share options have been granted at an exercise price of 24.5 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable at between three and ten years from the date of grant. Mark Riley is not interested in any other Ordinary Shares or options issued by the Company.
