Issue of share options

The Company announces that on 9 January 2009 the Company granted options to David Balbi, a director of the Company, in respect of 60,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') pursuant to the Company's EMI option scheme (the 'Options').

The Options can be exercised at a price of 24.5p per Ordinary Share at any time between three and ten years from the date of grant.  

The Options were issued pursuant to David Balbi's contract of employment with the Company.  

David Balbi also holds options over 120,000 Ordinary Shares exercisable at 30p per Ordinary Share, options over 60,000 Ordinary Shares exercisable at 19.5p per share and options over 145,000 Ordinary Shares  exercisable for nil consideration.
