INFOSERVE SECURES MULTI-YEAR EXCLUSIVE UK DEAL WITH YAHOO!



Infoserve Group plc ('Infoserve') has announced the successful completion of an
agreement with Yahoo! for a multi-year exclusive term to sell local featured
listings on Yahoo! Local's UK web pages.



Under the agreement, Infoserve will become the official Yahoo! Local advertising
sales partner for the UK, and will sell featured listings to local businesses on
a fixed price/fixed term basis that will appear as links on Yahoo! Local results
pages. Advertising revenues will be split between Infoserve and Yahoo!



These sponsored display links will allow businesses to advertise their goods and
services in the areas in which they operate.
