Infoserve (AIM: INFS) is a leading online local search marketing specialist. The
Group was founded in 1999 with the vision of bringing buyers and sellers
together through online searches by combining detailed and accurate information
for a specific business sector or goods and services within a particular
location - or 'local search'.

Infoserve has a database of 3.5 million business records, which are listed
across a network of 280 websites and over 20,000 paying customers consisting
mainly of SMEs.

The network includes a portfolio of wholly owned business directories, such as
infoserve.com, and cityvisitor.co.uk, as well as specific industry websites such
as accountantlocal.co.uk and getmeadentistist.co.uk.  The Group also provides
white label local search functions to a number of major online partners
including a Media Partner Network with customers such as The Daily Telegraph,
The Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday.  Other partners include a local search
service for Sky digital TV and Football League official club sites.
Collectively, these sites receive 34 million visitors per month.

In March 2007 the Group signed a multi-year deal with Yahoo! to become the
official Yahoo! Local advertising sales partner for the UK.

Headquartered in Leeds, the Group employs 200 staff and is listed on the AIM
market.
