Termination of discussions

On 15 August 2008, Infoserve Group plc (the 'Company') announced that it was in early stage discussions which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company.  All such discussions have now ceased. Accordingly, the Company is no longer in an offer period for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The Board expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2009 on 29 June 2009.
