Total Voting Rights and Directors' Shareholdings
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company announces that following the placing of
4,444,445 ordinary shares of 5p each (Placing') that were admitted to trading on
AIM on 21 June 2007, the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the date of
this notice is 19,073,441, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no shares held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,073,441.
The directors of the Company have confirmed that as a result of the Placing,
they have the following interests in the voting rights of the Company's share
capital:
