Infoserve Group PLC (the 'Company')



Update on New Contract and Temporary Suspension of Ordinary Shares



The Company's ordinary shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 24 January
2008 pending the announcement of a significant new contract.



The Directors expect that an announcement regarding the new contract will be
made during the week commencing 18 February 2008, at which point it is expected
that the Company's ordinary shares will be restored to trading on AIM.
