ANNOUNCEMENT TO HOLDERS OF THE HYBRID CERTIFICATES

 

In relation to the U.S.$1,000,000,000 Exchangeable Hybrid Capital Certificates issued by Infracorp Sukuk Limited (ISIN: XS2443909192) (the Hybrid Certificates), we refer to our Notice to Holders of the Hybrid Certificates dated 14 November 2024 and our Second Notice to Holders of the Hybrid Certificates dated 21 November 2024 (together, the Notice). All words and expressions defined in the Notice shall (save as otherwise provided herein or unless the context otherwise requires) have the same meanings herein.

 

Infracorp hereby confirms that the Exchange Offer has been completed and, as a consequence, the total face amount of Hybrid Certificates that are outstanding as at today's date now stands reduced to U.S.$500,000,000.
