Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2014 were today posted to shareholders. The Company will also be posting a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company, to  be held at the Company's registered office at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on 5 November 2014 at 12 noon, to shareholders shortly.
