ingenta plc - Additional Listing

Application has been made for 451,995 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to AIM, of which 448,418 shares
have been issued as part of the deferred consideration payable to 966
Corporation Inc relating to the acquisition of The Uncover Corporation in
February 2000 and 3,577 shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of
options at an exercise price of 14 pence per share. Admission is expected to
become effective on 24 April 2001.
