Ingenta plc ('the Company')
The Company has today placed 5,000,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ('New
Shares') at 9.5p per share to raise a total of £475,000. The company has raised
the funds in connection with the renegotiation of property leases in the UK and
the US as part of its ongoing cost reduction plans, the effect of which will be
to reduce the company's operating costs and improve its cash flow on an ongoing
basis.
Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to the Alternative
Investment Market. Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective
on 23 July 2003.
