Appointment of Director

Further to the announcement made on 9 August 2018, the Board has now concluded its review of appropriate candidates for the role of Chief Executive Officer and is pleased to confirm that Scott Winner will shortly be appointed. The Company will make a further announcement in respect of Scott's appointment to the Board in due course.

Scott joined the Group in March 2015 and has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer with a remit over all product sets. Prior to joining Ingenta, Scott held multiple roles at Pearson, Amplify Learning and McGraw-Hill Education where he drove key product lines and strategy, executed on customer implementations and transformational initiatives and managed teams including product management, marketing, operations, and technology.
