Director's dealings
Ingenta plc (the 'Company') has today been informed that on 7 December 2001
the following dealings in shares of the Company beneficially owned by the
non-executive Chairman, Martyn Rose, took place. In order to assist in the
funding of the acquisition of a company from Unilever plc, Martyn Rose sold a
total of 150,000 ordinary 5p shares at a price of 145p per share as well as
selling 100,000 ordinary 5p shares at 145p to his pension fund. Following
these sales, Martyn Rose's beneficial holding now stands at 1,179,756 ordinary
5p shares and represents 2.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
