INGENTA PLC - DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company received notification on 30 November 2000, that Prudential plc now
has a notifiable interest in 2,620,000 Ordinary shares representing 5.24 per
cent of the issued share capital of ingenta plc.
