New contract win

Publishing Technology plc (AIM: PTO.L) ("Publishing Technology", the "Group", or the "Company"), the AIM quoted, leading provider of content systems, audience development and content delivery software and services to international publishers, information providers and academic institutions, is pleased to announce a contract win for the Company's advance platform. No financial information has been disclosed.

Leading international fulfilment service provider to the publishing industry, Turpin Distribution ("Turpin"), is partnering with Publishing Technology to implement the sales and distribution application of the Company's flagship enterprise product advance to create a unified global fulfilment system.

The advance Order to Cash module, designed for both print and digital content, will support online ordering, renewals processing, global fulfilment and distribution, and multi-lingual billing for Turpin's publishing clients and partners. The new system will allow Turpin and its customers to respond swiftly to market demands, customise products and experiment with new business models. In addition, the advance system will contain an integrated product management tool enabling the distributor to create product bundles, unique pricing packages, special promotions, subscriptions and comprehensive product licensing options.

The advance system will be implemented in the UK and US, consolidating and replacing Turpin's legacy fulfilment systems.
