The Company was advised on 12 April 2022 that Stephen Wicks, an executive director of the Company, bought 137,191 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40.5 pence per Ordinary Share. It was also advised that Jennifer Wicks, a PCA of Stephen Wicks, bought 59,322 Ordinary Shares at a price of 40.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
