Exchange of contracts with Housing Association

Inland Homes (AIM: INL) ("Inland Homes" or the "Company"), the leading brownfield developer, housebuilder and partnership housing company with a focus on the South and South East of England, is pleased to report it has exchanged conditional contracts to sell 31 affordable homes to Eastlight Community Homes for £6.54m to be satisfied in cash on completion.

The sale forms part of Inland's Templar Green development where planning permission was obtained for over 70 new homes set within a generous landscaped setting. Completion will take place in phases over the coming months as the units are completed.
