Ltd has acquired a holding of Inland PLC ('Inland') as a result of a transfer of
a portfolio of shares from FirstRand (Ireland) PLC, to RMB Asset Management PTY
Ltd. Both entities are members of the First Rand group and the shares continue
to be held for investment purposes. RMB Asset Management PTY Ltd's current
holding is 17,600,000 shares of Inland, representing 10.85% of its issued share
capital. (ISIN GB00B1TR0310).
