The Company announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders convening a General Meeting, to be held at the offices of finnCap Ltd, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ at 11.00 a.m. on 20 December 2013 at which it will seek shareholder approval for the adoption of new long term incentive plan for its executive directors.
