Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG) has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Interim Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 47.21 pence per Ordinary Share, (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 12,520,000 Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 11.85% of Insig AI's current issued share capital.
