Directors / PDMR Dealing
The Company has been notified that on 23 July 2021, Neil Campbell, Chief Executive of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company, sold 35,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 113 pence per share . At the same time, Liz Shanahan, a Non-Executive director of the Company, acquired 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 114 pence per share.
Following the sale, Mr Campbell retains an interest in 4,516,646 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.64 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Following the purchase, Ms Shanahan has an interest in 35,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
