Reminder of Expiry of Warrants

The Company today reminds holders of its listed warrants ("Warrants") that they have the right, in accordance with the terms and conditions on which the Warrants were issued, to exercise by close of business on 1 August 2010 all or any of the subscription rights conferred by their Warrants.  This is the final subscription date on which these Warrants can be exercised, following which all remaining outstanding Warrants will lapse.

The listing of the Warrants on AIM, under the code IHCW, will be cancelled with effect from 7am on 2 August 2010.
