Annual Report 2020 and Notice of AGM

Inspired Energy (AIM: INSE), t he leading consultant for energy procurement, utility cost optimisation and legislative compliance in the UK and Ireland , has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2020 with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Form of Proxy. Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of the AGM are also available at  www.inspiredplc.co.uk .  

The Group's AGM will be held at 10.00am on 30 June 2021 at the offices of Gateley Legal, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester M2 4WU.

With current uncertainty about the lifting of Coronavirus restrictions at the end of June, the only people permitted to physically attend the AGM will be those necessary to form a quorate meeting. Therefore the Board strongly encourages shareholders to complete Forms of Proxy, and to vote on the resolutions before the deadline of 10.00am on 28 June 2021. Shareholders are invited to submit questions to the Company in writing, no later than Friday 25 June 2021 to  [e-mail]  with details of their name and shareholding and the Company will endeavour to respond to the key themes of the questions.
