Annual Report 2023 and Notice of AGM
Inspired (AIM: INSE), a leading technology-enabled service provider delivering solutions to enable businesses to transition to net-zero and manage their response to climate change, confirms the Group's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 10am on Friday, 28 June 2024 at the offices of Gateley Legal, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester M2 4WU.
The Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2023, with the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy, was posted to shareholders on 10 May 2024.
