Rated One to Watch in LSE 1000 companies to Inspire Britain 2018

Cornwall Insight, a leading independent consultancy to the UK energy market which provides research, insight and intelligence to market participants and their advisors, has just released its Q1 2018 update 'TPIs in the Business and Industrial energy Supply Markets'. Inspired Energy is ranked as the leading  TPI ('third party intermediary) in the Industrial & Commercial ("I&C") sector index rankings.

Inspired ranked top of the Cornwall Insight I&C TPI index rankings

With 111 TPI's shortlisted in the I&C Index,  Inspired was ranked 1st place in Cornwall Insight's Q1 report, which was based on scores across four key areas:

§ Services that the TPIs offer to their customers, distinguishing between SME and I&C

§ Finances of the TPIs, indicating the level of resource the TPIs have available to them, with consistent criteria applied for SME and I&C

§ Employee numbers assess the breadth of human capital the TPIs have available to them with criteria consistent for SME and I&C

§ Contracts aggregated by the TPI and volume that is tendered or risk managed for I&C

Inspired Energy was also referenced as a strong influencer in the consolidation of the I&C TPI market with the recent acquisitions of ECM and SystemsLink highlighted.

Further strong endorsement was highlighted as Inspired Energy featured in the top 5 of TPIs who meet supplier needs best. This report is based on the opinions of business energy suppliers which reinforces to the Group's strong positioning within the TPI market and that it's development and growth strategy is well received.

One to watch in "1000 companies to Inspire Britain 2018"

Inspired Energy has also recently featured in the '1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2018' report, produced by the London Stock Exchange Group, which celebrates high performing UK businesses.

In particular the Group is showcased in the "5 for Five" which looks at five outstanding companies over the past five years which consistently generate growth and outperform their peers.

Inspired was commended for its strong organic growth and the nine acquisitions (currently 11) which has seen the Group's initial market capitalisation increase from £11m to £120m.
