         Amended timing for analyst briefing - Tuesday 6 September 2005

Further to the announcement issued by Inspace plc (AIM:INSP) on 27 June, the
Company announces that the Interim Results analyst briefing to be given by Colin
Enticknap (Executive Chairman) and Andrew Telfer (Chief Financial Officer) will
now be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday 6 September 2005 at the London Stock
Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7LS.  This new time replaces what
was previously announced on the 27 June.
