Appointment of Non-Executive Director, Issue of Equity, Appointment of Company
Secretary and Change of Registered Office

KleenAir Systems International plc ("the Company"), a leading provider of
vehicle emissions management solutions, today announced the appointment of City
Investor Guy Saxton as Non-Executive Director. Saxton is CEO of Angelbourse, a
private equity investment community that helps angel investors to find, analyse
and invest in companies, and was member of The British Royal Delegations to
China in 2005 & 2006.

Commenting on the appointment Lionel Simons, Chairman of KleenAir Systems said:
"We are delighted to welcome Guy on board to help further drive the strategic
growth of our business. He brings a wealth of additional experience that will
further contribute to our on-going development in the UK, Europe and Asia."
Saxton, who formerly held senior positions with AXA and Fidelity, is also a Non-
Executive Director of Countermine PLC and Kormet Ltd. He is an expert on
ethical environmental investments, a member of the Environmental Industries
Commission (EIC) and the Guild of International Bankers.

In addition, the Company is also pleased to announce the following:

1.   The issue of 23,333 Ordinary 1p Shares at a price equivalent to 45p per
     share in return for services rendered by two suppliers.  An application has been
     made to admit these shares for trading on AIM.
2.   The appointment of Katie Macdonald as the new Company Secretary and
     Financial Controller.  Katie is a member of the Institute of Chartered
     Accountants of Scotland, and has significant experience in working with small,
     high growth technology companies.  Philip Keane will retain his position as
     Finance Director.
3.   A change of Registered Office to Mill View, Eynsham Road, Cassington,
     Witney, Oxfordshire OX29 4DB
