Inspace plc (AIM:INSP), the property based support services business that is now
one of the UK's leading repair and maintenance service providers, has been
informed today that the following persons have today purchased 75,000 ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company as follows:

purchased 92,500 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at a price per share
of 106.5p, taking his shareholding to 5,878,535 shares, representing 8.67 per
cent. of the Company.
