Inspace plc (AIM:INSP), the property based support services business that is now
one of the UK's leading repair and maintenance service providers, has been
informed today that each of the executive directors of Inspace purchased on 24
July 2006, in aggregate, 620,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company as
follows:
