Grant of Options

Kleenair Systems International Plc ("Kleenair" or "the Company") announces that it has granted the following options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company ("the Options"):

Sarah Pozner, Executive Director	1,000,000 shares
Guy Saxton, Non-Executive Director	250,000 shares
Miles Lewis, Former Non-Executive Director	250,000 shares

The Options have been granted at a conversion price of 4.875 pence being the closing mid market price of Kleenair at 26 April 2011 (being the latest practicable date prior to the grant of the Options).  The Options may be exercised no earlier than 26 April 2012 and exercised up to 26 April 2021.

The Options have been granted to compensate the Directors and former director for the lack of fees received whilst the Company has been restructured as an investing company.
