16.49. The number of share options has been amended.

Grant of Share Options
Inspace plc (AIM:INSP), the property based support services business that has
established itself as one of the UK's leading social housing repair and
maintenance service providers, on 5 April 2006 issued under the Inspace plc
Discretionary Share Option Scheme, in aggregate, 147,928 options to subscribe
for ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at 169p per share to certain
Directors of the Company as follows:

Andrew Telfer 73,964 From 5 April 2009 to 5 April 2016
In addition, the Company issued under the Inspace plc Discretionary Share Option
Scheme, in aggregate, 525,134 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 2p
each in the Company at 169p per share to certain employees of the Company.
